Seriously I need to start updating more frequently! Okay.. from now on I'll stop lagging blog posts. Well, I just came back from two weeks in China and it was heaps FUNFUNFUN. :D
But oh my, it was fucking freezing. An average day in my mums home town would be around -20 degrees. I had to wear so many layers until I looked like a big round ball. The most annoying thing about the weather would be once I finally put my whole outfit on and ready to leave the house, I'm already tired cos the clothes are so heavy LOL. And when I moisturise my legs, 2 hours later I look at them and they're already flaky and dry again. -_-
Well at my mums home town they had this huge place full of structures/buildings made out of just ICE with colourful lights inside. So pretttyyy. And you go up the stairs of the ice buildings then slide down HUGE slides made out of ice. We also watched these indoor performances of people dancing, doing acrobatics and shit on ice. I reckon that night was one of the best.
Beijing's weather was a little less cold, around -5 degrees. Went Great Wall of China with brother and mum and OMG let me tell you, IT'S SO SCARY! :( I swear I always thought the Great Wall was just like walking on flat land? I never knew it was full built on mountains with super STEEP STAIRS! I had to hold on to the rails and walk like a turtle. :'( I felt bad cos my mum and brother wanted to walk more but I was too pussy so we left after walking up around 5 flights of stairs.
Went shopping so muchhhh, everything is so cheap there! Eg. Got all the Harry Potter movies 1-7 or whatever, for only $2 AUD. I was so overwhelmed. And their shops are so much better than Australia's *sigh, Australia has so little shops and brands compared to the rest of the world. Then... DUN DUN DUN, went to 'China Town' HAHA, which they made for tourists, where they full sell all different animals ON A STICK... TO EAT. BRB VOMITING. Scorpions on a stick.. lizards.. spiders.. starfish.. bugs.. caterpillars.. the list goes on.
And speaking about eating, I ate so much in China waaaah, gained weight. Everything was so delicious! Met my ching chong family almost every day, who would invite us to restaurants and shout us. I LOVE MY NEWLY MET RELATIVES. (a) Got around $400 AUD red pocket money from relatives, then came back and got another $100 from gma. That will probably be the most I will ever get in my life for Chinese New Years. :( Too bad I spent the $400 in China already! My great grandpa is so cute, can walk pretty fast and so smart. + Looks so similar to my grandma lol!
Well enough holiday talk. Whoever's reading this probably just scanned through and thought 'cool story bro' LOL. It's more like I'm just writing in my diary rofl. Apart from that, I've been pretty lazy since I came back. Rachael came over last night cos she needed to use internet and practice the RTA test for her L's. Then, ended up staying the night and left so early this morning while I was still sleeping. o_o That motherfucker never sticks around the next day, always leaves early as she already has other plans. HMPH.
Tomorrow I will wake up and clean my room, hopefully. And I really want to put pictures on this post but I can't figure out how to get them the size I want. When I upload through blogspot the pictures are too small, and even if I use photobucket and resize to what I want, it doesn't turn out that size when I paste it here. Far out, annoying!
