Yayyyyyy, I've watched The Hunger Games! My life feels complete. Hehe. Well if you're reading this and don't want any type of spoilers (well not really storyline spoilers), I suggest you stop reading now. Well I can't get over the fact that they didn't bother to introduce the Mayors daughter, who is the one who's supposed to give Katniss the fucking mocking jay pin! They also didn't bother to make the mutts look like the dead tributes. They just looked like huge dogs.. but I guess I can accept that. It wouldn't of been easy to make the mutts resemble each individual tribute. One more thing; President Snow looks nothing like how he sounds in the book! The only similarity is that their both male and have a white rose. From the book, I imagined a skinny, evil 45 year old man who looked like a snake, not an 60 year old guy who looks like Santa Claus or some shit.
Other than that, the rest of the movie matched my imagination from the book pretty well. :) I think tonight was the most concentrated I've ever been when watching a movie LOL. I can't wait for the second one to come out, omg. I need to read the second book again and refresh my memory. Oh and Cato is so hot. In the book I hated Cato so much, but in the movie I couldn't help but like him a bit hehe. And Peeta is so freaking cute. And the movie made me like Gale more too!
Anywayyyy, I sound like a fucking obsessed loser. :') And I should probably go to sleep now because I have so much school work needing to be done tomorrow. :o My legal studies essay is the death of meee. Funny how watching The Hunger Games caused me to be wide awake, cos usually, these days, I get super tired around 10pm LOL. So there's my little review on The Hunger Games. I hope you enjoyed. ;) And clearly, I recommend you to watch it. Oh, maybe I should rate it too like a legit review. 5 out of 5! :D
